The magazine is planned to cover the topics such as modern global-scaled culture, people and their creativity, cultural life events. Its issues shall be presented in a way that allows to take readers into the serious conversation about culture. At the same time, a reader with any level of cultural outlook would be able to enter the topics “from scratch.”
The material for the magazine is supposed to be collected from different cultures, from different countries, so as not to look for differences, but to find common ground. Each country, each culture is unique and has its own path of development, its own achievements, which can be interesting for people of other cultures. To see to enrich one’s cultural horizons and cultural experience, to be closer to representatives of other cultures. To reflect to smooth out moments of misunderstanding or rejection.
Target audience: active people of different levels of wealth, different ages, interested in topics of culture and creativity.

Review of cultural and natural attractions, museums, cities. Reports on cultural life from different countries and cultures.
2. Seizing the moment.
Review of visiting exhibitions, festivals, concerts and other cultural events.

Articles on the history of culture.
4. Forecast.
Reading an interview with a famous person, find out their forecast for the development of culture in one aspect or another.
5. Creativity.
Introduction of creative people who are making cultural products right now.
6. Focus on a person.
A story about one person, just a person, even if not outstanding, who lives their private life in their culture. Their life, their worldview, their successes, their difficulties and tasks.
Working title of the magazine is TALARIA.
The frequency of publication of each issue is 4 times a year.
